2. Soak with natural ingredients
In addition to cold compresses, you can treat sunburned skin with a bath or soak in cold water for 15 minutes. However, avoid soaking in a pool that contains chlorine as it can make the skin more irritated.
Avoid rubbing the skin during and after bathing. Simply dry the affected area by gently patting the skin with a towel.

There are many natural ingredients in the kitchen that you can use to treat sore and flaky skin due to sunburn, including cucumber, aloe vera, honey, as well as olive oil and sesame oil.
