Oatmeal is generally consumed as a breakfast menu. However, there are actually many benefits of oatmeal for face and skin, from dry skin to itching. These benefits can be derived from the various nutrients contained in oatmeal. Oats are grains derived from wheat (Avena sativa). These plants can be treated as a variety of foods, and one of them is wheat porridge or oatmeal.

Oatmeal is well known for its good health because of its high fiber content and antioxidants.
