Dinner before the clock strikes at 7 pm has been a very popular trend (ways of eating) among diabetics. It is not only is good for your health, but it also prevents you from eating too much before going to bed. Eating before 7 o’clock has long been practiced by the Chinese community. There are many benefits of early dinner that many do not know.

Chinese people do not consider food as a mere source of energy. In fact, food actually has a greater symbolic meaning to them. Known for his healthy eating style, Chinese people practice the “yin” and “yang” concepts in their cooking.

Benefits of eating before 7 o’clock

Eating before 7 am can help you lose weight. But, provided that you do not eat anything until you sleep.

Studies have found that eating after 8 o’clock will make your appetite more appetite for chewing or snacking until bedtime. Eating late at night and sleeping late can affect the body’s metabolism. If you want to lose weight, try to make sure you eat before 7 pm.
