Proper posture prevents back pain. Straighten your back and don’t hunch. It’s as simple as that.

Don’t slump over your desk

It’s the same solution as above, except while you’re sitting down. You need to make sure that your posture is straight to ensure the comfort of your back.

Move around

To prevent sitting around at an uncomfortable position, you should walk around every now and then. This remedy can prevent your back from feeling stiff

Lighten your load

Stretching

Consistent stretching is good to prevent stiffness or pain in the back. Yoga would be the best option, followed by basic back stretches.
